📋 Description

• Own design strategy end-to-end with design principles and standards for each product.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience as a Product Designer.
• Proven B2C product design experience at meaningful scale with end-to-end ownership in a portfolio.
• User-centered craft with the ability to justify UX choices with data/user behavior.
• Experience shipping multi-project workstreams and aligning stakeholders on design direction.
• Executive presence to translate creative vision into business language and drive decisions.
