DIRECTOR OF PLANT ENGINEERING

📋 Description

• Lead industrial engineering initiatives across the plant, including process design and workflow
• Own maintenance operations and machinery procurement plant-wide; manage capital equipment
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and drive continuous plant improvements.
• Provide mechanical/industrial design support for new and existing equipment.
• Ensure environmental reporting and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Self-starter with ownership from diagnosis to resolution.
• Experience in industrial engineering, plant maintenance, or manufacturing ops; metals/heavy
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with project and vendor management skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Word/Excel) and basic IT hardware/network setup knowledge.
• Knowledge of environmental reporting and plant compliance; metallurgical background a plus.
• Strong cross-functional communication with production, safety, and management.
