MSP Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead multiple technical project implementations for Lyra Technology Group
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure scope, milestones, and delivery on time and budget
• Maintain project plans, resources, and communications with clients and stakeholders
• Provide project reports and data to managers and customers as needed
• Occasional after-hours work for implementations and events as needed
• Other related activities as directed by supervisors

🎯 Requirements

• Proven record managing technology infrastructure, deployment and data center projects
• Degree (Associate or Bachelor) in technical field or relevant certifications
• Experience with ConnectWise or similar ticketing and MS Project
• Knowledge of common productivity applications
• Basic hardware knowledge: PCs, phones, network equipment
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
