📋 Description

• Verify the proper specimen and perform necessary tests
• Analyze clinical lab specimens per standard methods with accuracy
• Maintain updated knowledge of lab methods
• Provide general oversight of lab personnel and daily operations
• Meet performance metrics and follow GLP guidelines
• Document deviations and assist with SOP updates

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field
• Current MT/MLS/CLS/MB certification preferred from ASCP, AMT, or AAB
