📋 Description
- Provide support for RDQA activities in assigned countries and region
- Implement proactive quality management to ensure first-pass approvals
- Ensure compliance with AbbVie policies and local/regional regulations
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biology/Nursing/Pharmacy or related field
- 8+ years in biopharma/medical device QA, compliance, regulatory affairs or clinical development
- 3+ years in leadership roles (people or initiatives)
- Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to navigate evolving global requirements
- Thorough knowledge of quality systems, auditing standards and QA management
- Excellent written and oral communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
