📋 Description

• Execute the monthly close to tight reporting deadlines under US GAAP for Harvey AI international
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations across key international accounts
• Prepare monthly/quarterly entity-level flux analysis for international entities
• Oversee local statutory audit and reporting, coordinate with external auditors, and maintain bridge
• Manage third-party accounting service providers on daily and month-end operations
• Prepare monthly funding requests for international subsidiaries; collaborate with US Corporate

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Big 4 audit training is preferable
• 5+ years post-qualification experience in a high-growth multinational environment
• Technical expertise in IFRS, FRS102, and US GAAP
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and Excel/Google Sheets
• Proactive, fast-paced, and adaptable to changing business requirements
