📋 Description

• Deliver quality care to infants and children at home in Burlington County, NJ.
• Transition Team role includes extensive training for ongoing BAYADA care teams.
• Position requires pediatric trach and vent experience (infant to 21 years old).
• Flexible scheduling with opportunities for 1 shift per week minimum.
• Travel throughout Burlington County as part of home health care delivery.
• Supportive team environment with ongoing professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• Current license as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Pediatric trach/vent experience (NICU/PICU or home care) required.
• Passing score on high-tech pediatric simulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to teach and educate BAYADA care team.
• Availability for an ongoing, consistent schedule (including 1 shift/week acceptable).
