Store Manager in Training (MIT)

📋 Description

• Act as Manager-on-Duty when Store Ops Manager not present.
• Supervise and coach 2-5 team members in sales and deliveries.
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff.
• Conduct initial interviews for hires in manager's absence.
• Assist with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
• Uphold Insomnia Cookies standards and drive customer service.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail.
• Experience conducting in-person interviews for hourly staff.
• POS systems experience.
• MS Office, Word and applicant tracking systems.
• Willing to work 4-5 days with 1-2 late shifts (Thu-Sun).
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
