Senior ML Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and evolve scalable ML infrastructure for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Design reliable ML pipelines and tooling for large-scale workloads
• Partner with ML engineers/researchers to productionize models
• Develop automation, observability, and governance in ML environments
• Evaluate new data sources and tools to boost performance and efficiency
• Ensure ML systems meet security and governance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Senior backend with strong ML knowledge and production ML infra experience
• Python expert with ML tooling, DL frameworks, experiment tracking, containers, automation
• Hands-on MLOps: CI/CD, model monitoring, data lineage, governance, production ops
• Cloud-native, Kubernetes, distributed computing for ML workloads
• Ability to collaborate across ML, software, product, and business teams
• PhD or Master’s with relevant experience preferred; practical equivalence welcomed
