Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage accounts payable in Zip AP platform
• Analyze discrepancies; report unpaid invoices
• Compile weekly payment run information
• Process employee expenses; ensure Ramp policy compliance
• Review vendor population with CFO
• Perform sales and use tax reconciliation in Avalara

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 1+ year of experience and/or training
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot, V-lookup)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, strong communication
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
• Experience with NetSuite, Concur, Zip, Ramp, and/or Avalara a plus
