📋 Description

• Oversees direction, planning, execution and interpretation of clinical trials or research
• Participates in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical data for strategy.
• Design and implement clinical development programs and monitor study timelines.
• Provide in-house clinical expertise for molecule and disease, coordinate activities with
• Engage with investigators, sites, and medical affairs to integrate cross-functional perspectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical trial experience in pharma/academia.
• Ability to oversee a global clinical research program with minimal supervision.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and external/internal interaction skills.
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology, regulatory/compliance, and study design.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
