📋 Description

• Own validation strategy and execution for technically complex hardware programs from requirements
• Design and execute advanced validation plans: functional, environmental, EMC/EMI, reliability
• Advance testing with AI/ML-driven analysis and modeling to predict failures and reduce physical
• Build tools/models (digital twins, accelerated life models, ML anomaly detection) to optimize test
• Support Failure Analysis and Root Cause Analysis with cross-functional teams to drive corrective
• Collaborate with Hardware, Firmware, Quality, and Manufacturing to shape test strategy and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (advanced degree a plus).
• 12+ years in hardware test, validation, or reliability engineering.
• Experience leading validation for complex electromechanical/electronic hardware through mass
• Hands-on AI/ML, statistical modeling, or simulation to optimize test strategy and reduce cycle time.
• Deep expertise in environmental/reliability test methods and applicable standards (HALT/HASS
• Strong Python or similar scripting skills for test automation and data pipelines.
