Mission Engineer - Orlando & Seiminole County

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end agency outcomes in a strategic account.
• Embed onsite, ship Axon stack, and drive adoption in production.
• Define success metrics and prove impact with data.
• Balance priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services.
• Work 3-4 days/week onsite and maintain leadership with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, PM, or complex deployments.
• Experience shipping automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, and integrated systems.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Full ownership mindset in ambiguous, fast-changing settings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS security/compliance.
