Solutions Architect (Box Consulting)

📋 Description

• Part of Box Consulting; define and build complex solutions across Box and customer environments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while promoting Box technical solutions and drive platform adoption.
• Collaborate with sales and field teams to understand needs and map to Box capabilities.
• Advise on application design, data migration, and integration with customer systems (e.g., CRM).
• Lead pre-sales scoping, craft technical specs, and develop repeatable solutions for GTM.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executives, IT leaders, and line-of-business managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Strong ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in architecture/design for cloud solutions (APIs, DevOps, infrastructure, scalability).
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, .NET, or Visualforce; REST APIs and JSON
• Ability to distill complex solutions into digestible parts and deliver technical scope for
• Proven track record in shaping GTM strategy with Sales and Customer Success; capacity forecasting.
