Job Description
📋 Description
- Aide supports students with additional needs to succeed in the classroom
- Work with Lead Teacher, residents, and families to meet social and academic growth goals
- Assist with curriculum modifications, lesson plans, and learning materials
- Provide testing accommodations and supervise tests as needed
- Support behavioral interventions and help students develop positive relationships
- Collaborate with grade teams, ensure dependable attendance, and support school operations
🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s Degree OR 48 college credits OR pass ParaPro with 464+ within 1 year
- Experience or training in physical/tactical restraint (preferred)
- Experience with ABA techniques for student support (preferred)
- Computer literacy; baseline Google Suite skills
- Pass Criminal Background Checks
- Demonstrated ability to support diverse student needs
🎁 Benefits
- Salary: $42,000 - $55,000 per year
- Signing bonus of $1,000; annual $2,000 retention bonus where eligible
- Other bonuses when eligible
