🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience shipping production software.
• Degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong fundamentals and ability to switch between application and AI/model code.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI: LLMs, prompting, retrieval, or agent frameworks.
• Experience with distributed systems and building reliable software at scale.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
