📋 Description

• Serve as senior tax partner across OpenAI teams
• Lead on complex commercial and financing arrangements
• Model tax/economic outcomes for new structures
• Advise on structured finance, debt/equity financings
• Design scalable operating/contracting models
• Support international expansion and cross-border flows

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. with 12+ years tax experience; LL.M. a plus
• Broad tax expertise across commercial, product, intl matters
• Experience with structured finance & capital markets
• Understanding of debt/equity tax considerations
• Negotiation of complex commercial agreements
• Experience advising on pricing/revenue models
