🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of one year of collection or customer service experience (phone or in-person).
• Must be willing to work in an environment that is 100% phone-based.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions; Windows environment experience preferred.
• Internet access from home required.
• Ability to speak Spanish, English, and Portuguese when discussing payment options.
