Director, FP&A - Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Act as primary financial advisor to Hardware Engineering and Supply Chain leaders and executives
• Oversee financial analysis, deal structuring for supplier contracts and partnerships
• Lead Annual Operating Plan and Long-Term Planning processes
• Manage monthly variance analyses and budget management
• Identify automation and dashboard improvements to scale finance
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive insights

🎯 Requirements

• MBA/MA and BA/BS, CPA a plus
• 15+ years business experience, 10+ in Hardware FP&A
• Strong financial modeling and financial statements knowledge
• Experience forecasting in forecasting systems
• Strategic thinker with multi-year perspective
• Excellent communication and senior-level partnering skills

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range $285,000 – $352,000 USD
