- Clinical Assistant (LPN or CMA) for senior living communities
- Pre-visit planning, chart preparation, screenings, med reconciliation
- Minor procedures under provider supervision
- Field travel to Assisted Living/Memory Care in MN, WI, FL
🎯 Requirements
- Active LPN license or CMA/RMA/CCMA certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Medical terminology knowledge and EMR proficiency
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic field-based environment
- English language proficiency
