Technical Program Manager, AI Delivery

📋 Description

• Role involves leading customer-facing engineering program management for enterprise AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Strategic Customers, AML Engineering, FDE, Platform, Product and Go-to-Market
• Own cross-functional program delivery, timelines, risks, and customer success in enterprise AI.
• Act as the technical voice for customers within Cohere’s organization.
• Drive on-time delivery and organizational alignment across multiple workstreams and time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as an Engineering/Technical Program Manager, with 2+ years in customer-facing technical
• Experience with LLM training or optimization is a key differentiator
• Strong problem-solving orientation and drive to make customers successful
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at capturing notes and action items in technical
• Bias for action; execution-focused with ability to own tracking across multiple workstreams
• Comfortable holding leaders and contributors accountable and ensuring shipping within deadlines
