• Analyze learner journeys and define measurable objectives.
• Design and validate scalable learning solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects with coordinated workstreams.
• Define success metrics and baselines for programs.
• Scale programs by training internal experts for launches.
• Deliver lab-based skills training for physicians and care teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 yrs relevant experience
• Experience designing eLearning and blended learning
• Delivery of training in professional/classroom setting
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and evaluation models
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication
• Must provide work samples/portfolio
