Senior Localisation Program Manager, Product (Fixed Term Contract)

📋 Description

• Own and optimise product localisation end-to-end for Klaviyo Product, Help Centre and Customer
• Manage language contractors (freelancers, agencies, vendors) with the right resourcing, cost, and
• Scale localisation efforts by overseeing machine translation and contributing to an AI-first
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Data to design scalable localisation solutions.
• Champion the international Klaviyo customer by ensuring content and product decisions reflect

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a comparable localisation role on the buyer/ client side.
• Deep understanding of localisation concepts, tools (TMS) and AI-driven workflows.
• Experience leading product localisation across multiple languages.
• Ability to partner with internal teams and influence roadmaps for early localisation embedding.
• Ability to hold teams and contractors to high quality standards and manage metrics.
• Experience with AI tools and MT integration in localisation workflows.
