📋 Description

• Owns Behavox's core financial model (three-statement and operating model) with budgets integrated
• Builds valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma models for acquisitions; conducts due diligence and
• Maintains accuracy and integrity of numbers; translates data into actionable leadership
• Pressure-checks assumptions; works with modern tooling and AI to push precision and insight.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Financial Modeling and Accounting Foundations; understanding SaaS revenue recognition and
• Forecasting expertise (bottom-up short-term, driver-based long-term) and SaaS unit economics.
• Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integration; acquisition valuation and due diligence.
• Business & commercial acumen; ability to identify revenue drivers, costs, and levers.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled productivity tools and spreadsheet automation (Google Sheets and Excel).
