Manager, Hardware Validation (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Lead hardware validation engineers to ensure Axon products meet requirements across programs.
• Own validation plan from requirements to prototype, development, and production release.
• Define test plans for functional, environmental, EMC/EMI, reliability, and safety testing.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams to mitigate risks.
• Oversee lab infrastructure, equipment, automation, and data systems for your product lines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• 8+ years in hardware test/validation/reliability engineering.
• 2+ years of people management in validation/test/reliability roles.
• Hands-on with environmental and reliability testing methods (HALT/HASS, vibration, thermal
• Working knowledge of MIL-STD/IEC/ISO/ASTM and EMC/regulatory certification processes.
• Experience with test automation, data acquisition, and statistical analysis (DOE, Weibull).
