- Lead a team of platform engineers, owning hiring, onboarding and day-to-day prioritization.
- Hands-on player-coach role addressing the hardest infrastructure problems.
- Shape the platform roadmap in collaboration with Director and product partners.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in platform engineering with 2+ years in a people-management role.
- Hands-on Kubernetes administration at scale (ArgoCD, Helm, cluster lifecycle).
- Expert in Terraform and IaC, with CI/CD and GitOps experience.
- Deep AWS experience and cloud-native containerization.
- Strong observability, security/IAM knowledge and excellent communication.
