📋 Description

• Direct and mentor 10+ ExHS data science support engineers and analysts.
• Lead operations for coverage across standard and extended shifts.
• Ensure timely, accurate analytics for production teams in regulated env.
• Lead during production incidents and emergencies outside hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's in Stats, Data Science, CS, Math, OR; Doctorate a plus.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with Master’s; 4+ years with Doctorate.
• 3+ years in regulated settings (CLIA/FDA).
• 3+ years of management leading teams in production/ops.
• Knowledge of diagnostic lab processes and genomic tech.
• Proficient in data analysis, Python, SQL; strong comms.
