Senior Analyst, Business to Business Interfaces

📋 Description

• Manage and execute updates to processes for day-to-day support of business
• Research and remediation of process breaks including communication, testing and deployment
• Create and review business requirements and user stories for development and testing
• Support automation solutions across annuity policy administration platforms
• Partner with operations teams and external vendors to define automation capabilities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in the annuity insurance industry within operations, technology, or related function
• Experience with annuity ops tech; DTCC, ACORD, IRI preferred
• Understanding of annuity business workflows
• Independent and collaborative work style; leadership and partnership skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
