Commis – Comptes payables | Clerk – Account Payables

📋 Description

• Validate the quality of scanned invoices in the previous steps of the process
• Enter and correct data in Serrala (Imaging and Workflows) for posting
• Manage approval workflows for invoices without a PO
• Manage workflows and resolve discrepancies for PO invoices
• Apply appropriate tax codes by jurisdiction and currencies
• Ensure timely accounting and data integrity for payables

🎯 Requirements

• College Diploma in Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Payable
• Knowledge of SAP and Serrala is an asset
• Excel and Word proficiency
• Rigour and attention to detail
• Fluent in French and English, both oral and written
