📋 Description

• Lead the Build team within GitLab Delivery.
• Own strategy, execution, and operational excellence of build systems.
• Ensure artifacts are reliable for Self-Managed and other targets.
• Build platform foundations for faster, self-service delivery.
• Collaborate across Delivery and adjacent teams to reduce coordination.
• Drive security and observability in the build pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record building large-scale distributed services.
• Experience with operating services at high reliability (four-nines SLOs).
• Experience using AI tooling to boost team productivity.
• History of managing high-performing, accountable teams.
• Comfort delivering complex projects without a dedicated TPM.
• Experience leading distributed/remote teams.
