📋 Description

• High‑volume in-house legal partner for research, lab ops, IT, procurement, finance, HR
• Hybrid, three days/week in South San Francisco
• Own matters end to end; build templates and processes
• Work at AI/biotech frontier with scientists and engineers
• Shape tooling, templates, and workflows for legal function

🎯 Requirements

• 2–7+ years practicing law in firm and/or in-house
• J.D. from accredited U.S. law school; CA bar preferred
• Volume contracting: commercial and tech agreements
• Proven use of AI tools in legal practice
• Dynamic self-starter; capable in small team
• Strong business judgment; clear, actionable guidance
