📋 Description
- Perform scheduled diabetic eye exams (retinal screenings) using imaging equipment.
- Travel daily to provider practices; travel expenses covered by company.
- Operate retinal imaging equipment after training; maintain competency.
- Manage daily eye exam schedule; coordinate travel logistics.
- Engage with team, providers, payers, and care teams on non-appointment days.
- Support quality improvement, patient outreach, and customer success.
🎯 Requirements
- Willingness to travel daily, up to 100%; no prior imaging needed (training provided).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Associate degree or higher in related field.
- 1–3 years in healthcare; knowledge of medical terminology, billing or coding.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and healthcare systems.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work remotely.
