Partner Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• You’ll wear many hats and run fast with an amazing team
• Design and own the technical enablement curriculum for Hex's SI/consulting partner ecosystem
• Build and maintain a partner-facing demo library for strong Hex demos
• Run technical onboarding for new partners and architecture reviews
• Deliver live and recorded trainings, workshops, and office hours regularly
• Serve as technical point of contact for top partners on complex deals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
• Hands-on fluency with SQL and Python
• Experience designing training curricula or enablement programs
• Strong live-presentation and demo skills
• Working knowledge of the modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran)
• Proven trust-building with partner leads and delivery teams
