🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in construction accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of draw cycles, job costing, and budget tracking
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with construction management software
- Fluent written and spoken English for US-based communications
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, able to manage multiple schedules remotely
