📋 Description

• Senior Applied Research Scientist for the Agent Orchestration team at ServiceNow
• Own significant parts of the agent harness and orchestration runtime for enterprise AI agents
• Deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure enabling agents to reason over real data and act across
• Build and instrument prompt management, evaluation frameworks, and LLM integration in production
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and technical leadership for production AI systems
• Define system boundaries and standards for agent behavior within the team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building production software with focus on reliability, performance, and scalability
• Hands-on experience shipping generative AI products used by production users
• deep understanding of large language models, failure modes, context constraints, and prompt design
• Experience with prompt engineering (design, versioning, evaluation across model updates)
• Proven track record in evaluation engineering for production AI systems
• Cost and efficiency awareness in model routing, inference cost, and latency
