📋 Description
- Lead design and facilitation of professional development across Alpha’s schools.
- Coordinate content development with the Principal Director of Talent Development and HR teams.
- Align professional learning with Alpha’s multi-year strategy and performance systems.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years TK-12 teaching experience, with at least 2 years in lead role or PD/coaching.
- Strong ability to design, facilitate, and evaluate professional learning and coaching programs.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data to improve learning outcomes and programs.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and translating feedback into improved practice.
