Registered Nurse (RN), Per Diem, Hospice

📋 Description

• Visit clients in their homes to provide hospice nursing care (medication administration, wound
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up on, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current RN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Hospice experience welcomed but not required; training provided
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
