Staff UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Define design strategy and direction for major engagements, leading end-to-end design across
• Own design system architecture and governance, ensuring consistency across products
• Lead UX research strategy, embedding research into delivery and shaping product direction
• Champion AI-powered design workflows and their adoption on engagements (e.g., Figma AI, Claude)
• Drive design operations and process improvements for the Experience team
• Lead internal initiatives including design practice evolution and collaboration with clients

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong product background
• Expert Figma proficiency with design system architecture experience
• Deep experience leading design systems at scale (architecture, governance, cross-team adoption)
• Extensive UX research experience including strategy, methods, and translating insights into product
• Proven ability to define design strategy for complex products or engagements
• Experience presenting and influencing at leadership and client levels
