Staff Software Engineer - Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)

📋 Description

• Design and build secure, scalable identity services for CIAM.
• Lead implementation of complex initiatives from design to production.
• Own core areas of the CIAM platform; guide architecture and review designs.
• Partner with engineering, product, and security to shape plans and mitigate risks.
• Translate ambiguous problems into practical, incremental solutions.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices across CIAM.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience; strong background in authentication/authorization systems.
• Deep understanding of identity standards: OIDC, OAuth, SAML, JWT, SSO.
• Experience with service-to-service auth and distributed systems security.
• Strong software architecture and system design skills (scalability, reliability, security).
• Proven technical leadership across teams; clear technical communication.
