Maintenance Engineer, High Pressure Die Casting (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Lead maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technically complex equipment failures
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for equipment/process gaps
• Develop and execute complex improvement projects to maximize equipment availability
• Collaborate with development teams to build reliability and maintenance efficiency up-front
• Provide leadership for CMMS usage
• Implement predictive tools (vibration analysis, cycle monitoring) for proactive RCMs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 1+ year hands-on manufacturing experience (internships okay)
• 2+ years troubleshooting in manufacturing environment
• Experience with MRP/ERP/CMMS
• Hands-on with automated industrial equipment
• Experience leading technicians through RCA
