🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years building large-scale production systems
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL
- AI Native development experience with Claude Code
- Experience with vector-based retrieval, knowledge graphs, data catalogs
- Excellent communication and coaching of engineers
- BI/Analytics platforms and NLQ experience
