GTM AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the full stack development cycle of prototyping to production for internal AI tools
• Build complex agents using Glean and N8N and develop apps with Cursor and Google Cloud
• Beta test with end users and provide ongoing maintenance
• Integrate data sources with product managers and Enterprise Systems securely
• Ensure UX is accessible to non-technical business users
• Stay current on LLM advancements and agent orchestration

🎯 Requirements

• Strong AI fundamentals: context windows, token costs, compute costs, chunking, performance
• API usage, scripting, SQL/SOQL, Python
• Prompt engineering for complex tasks; experience with Gemini, GPT, Claude via UI and APIs
• Familiarity with agentic orchestration and MCP
• Ability to prototype, test, and scale AI solutions for business use
