Education Project Planner V

📋 Description

• Lead high-level specialist role as a subject matter expert on Education projects.
• Provide team and client leadership; mentor team members; advance quality of work.
• Lead development of planning concepts and project documentation for construction.
• Translate planning concepts into client-friendly terms; coordinate with designers and owners.
• Develop architectural drawings and specifications; oversee project scope during contracts.
• Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions; maintain client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Subject matter expert on Education market projects; client-facing with strong communication.
• Licensure/registration in the United States preferred; LEED accreditation preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes; advanced knowledge in discipline; strong business acumen.
• Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
