📋 Description
- Lead MEP field execution for a new data center build
- Own day-to-day site ops from mobilization through turnover
- Drive schedule, coordinate trades, enforce safety/quality
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years supervising electrical/mechanical trades
- Knowledge of MV/LV power distribution, gens, UPS, hydronic cooling
- Experience with commissioning prerequisites and turnover docs
- Strong look-ahead planning and manpower loading
- Safety leadership: NFPA 70E, LOTO; OSHA 30 preferred
- Procore/ACC, BIM field use, and MEP drawings experience
