Superintendent, CSA

📋 Description

• Lead civil, structural, and architectural field execution for a new data center build.
• Own day-to-day site operations, drive schedule, coordinate trades, and enforce safety/quality from
• Oversee three-week look-ahead planning and daily CSA coordination with subs and engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of field supervision on heavy civil or large industrial projects; data center or
• Deep knowledge of earthwork, foundations, concrete placement, tilt-wall/precast, and structural
• Ability to sequence sitework to protect downstream milestones for MEP/equipment set.
• Strong capability in three-week look-ahead planning and subcontractor coordination.
• Safety leadership on high-risk CSA work; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Attention to embeds, anchor bolts, tolerances, and QA/QC with third-party inspectors.
