UI Product Designer

📋 Description

• UI Product Designer to own Proton's look and feel
• Work with PMs and engineers; frequent customer observation in person
• Prototype in code using Claude Code or Cursor; ship iteratively with AI leverage
• Own design system across four products and set visual language

🎯 Requirements

• Craft demonstrably yours: typography, layout, color, hierarchy
• End-to-end delivery: shipped products, real users, real ownership
• Daily use of AI in practice: Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent
• Portfolio: shows end-to-end workflow from concept to launch
• Systems thinking: create reusable rules for many screens
• Real agile experience with customer focus (agentic scrum)
