Program Manager, Engineering Operations

📋 Description

• Own delivery of internal engineering projects end to end
• Manage scope, milestones, and timelines across teams
• Coordinate release operations and cross-functional alignment
• Develop contingency plans for risks and changing scope
• Provide project intake, tracking, and delivery visibility
• Analyze delivery metrics and document SDLC standards

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years in technical program management or engineering ops
• Experience with Kanban, Scrum, Agile methodologies
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal comms for engineers and execs
• Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude) for PM work
