📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve high-throughput, low-latency backend services with focus
• Own projects end-to-end: scope, design, implement, test, deploy, monitor, and optimize.
• Develop and enhance Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and auction capabilities; integrate with demand-side
• Collaborate with Staff Engineers, architects, and stakeholders on platform architecture and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5–8 years backend software engineering experience; strong proficiency in Java and multi-threaded
• Proven experience building or operating high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems in
• Strong understanding of data consistency, performance trade-offs, scalability, and DB fundamentals.
