Engineering Manager - IAM (Go)

📋 Description

• Lead IAM engineering team building identity foundation for enterprise enrollment
• Balance hands-on coding (~20%) with people leadership and architecture work
• Operate workloads on Kubernetes in Google Cloud Platform with Go microservices
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and enterprise partners on scalable IAM features

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software experience; 1+ year people management
• Go or strongly typed backend language experience
• Cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes experience
• PostgreSQL or relational DB with ANSI SQL
• Experience designing distributed systems; Docker, Protocol Buffers, OpenAPI/Swagger
• Strong communication and ownership mindset
