Senior Security Engineer (AWS Cloud)

📋 Description

• Proactively identify security gaps across cloud/on-prem and lead initiatives with stakeholders
• Manage cloud security monitoring, threat detection, and posture across cloud/on-prem
• Manage IAM platform including permissions and policy guardrails, least-privilege
• Design/enforce encryption for data at rest/in transit; periodic access reviews
• Oversee end-to-end vulnerability management for cloud/on-prem infra
• Define server hardening standards; secure containers including image scanning

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cloud security with on-premise security
• Strong hands-on AWS experience
• Experience with infrastructure & cloud architecture, development, support, troubleshooting
• Independent, proactive, ownership-driven with minimal supervision
• Cross-functional collaboration with infra, DevOps, and engineering
• Hands-on IAM experience including access governance
